Why We Picked Marea Coffee with our CBD?

At My Natural CBD headquarters we wanted better tasting coffee to enjoy our CBD with. Marea was the brand that delivered and we found their story so interesting we had to do a CBD Pairing.

The Story Behind Marea: The ‘Saint Archer of Coffee’

Marea Coffee has been called “The Saint Archer of Coffee.” It’s a company that has emerged over the past year and a half with a clearcut business model: to provide the highest quality, small-batch coffee to market in the quickest, most efficient way possible.

 

Marea Coffe is backed by many recognizable faces from the adventure sports industry: Rob Machado, Danny Way, Kimmy Fasani and Chris Benchetler, Alphonozo Rawls, Todd Glaser and Taylor Steele. These athlete's bodies take tremendous amount of beating ovewr the years which is why CBD and Coffee makes the perfect pairing. 

After a few brainstorming sessions Marea Coffee officially launched

For now, Marea is mostly direct-to-consumer, and sells blends sourced from Central and South America, Africa and Asia, but plans for a brick and mortar café is in the works. Also, “plans to launch a subscription for single-origin beans, or those that come from a single country or single farm” are in the works, according to Laguens. “Many coffee connoisseurs consider single-origin the best way to appreciate exactly where that cup is from," he adds.

When they started Marea Coffee their goal was to find the fastest way to get a coffee bean from a farm to our customer's cup.  The reason this is so important is that coffee just tastes better when it's fresh!  Through building strong relationships with farmers using direct trade and producing all our coffee in small batches, we have created a noticeably better tasting cup of coffee you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
