Hemp seeds, a superfood fan favorite, is known for its essential amino acids, omega-3, omega-6, and magnesium components. It is a huge source of protein and easy for the body to digest. We have created this smoothie recipe that highlights three forms of hemp; milk, seed, and oil. Hemp is an ancient medicine used by herbalist and doctors for hundreds of years- and its now making a return and we are having so much fun integrating it into our culinary endeavors! 

The thickness of the hemp-milk, paired with the natural sweetness of banana and dates makes the smoothie rich and creamy. 

This superfood smoothie is sure to to become your new favorite morning indulgence! 

 

Ingredients: 

 

1 full dropper               My Natural CBD Tincture 

2 cups                          Hemp milk 

1 tbs                             Hemp seeds 

1 1/2                             Frozen and peeled banana 

2                                   Pitted Medjool dates

1 1/2 tbs                       Cacao 

1/2 tsp                          Cinnamon 

1/2 tsp                          Nutmeg 

1 tsp                             Vanilla extract 

3                                   Ice-cubes 

 

Directions: 

 

Place all ingredients into smoothie high-powered blender and blend until smooth. 

Add ice cubes at end and blend again.
